Police Rescue Sexually Abused Dogs in Costa Rica

A deranged and dangerous homeless man kept dogs as sexual slaves under a bridge in Costa Rica. According to a recent news report filed by Gustavo Retana of daily tabloid Diario Extra, officers from Fuerza Publica, the national police force of Costa Rica, were alerted to the situation by neighbors who could not sleep at night due to the bloodcurdling howls coming from under a bridge in the community of Salitrillos, located in the rural canton of Aserri, province of San Jose.
