Paul Watson, Sea Shepherd founder, still is a wanted man in Costa Rica on what appears to be trumped up charges. The egg's are harvested on the beach, and sold locally at nearly every market in and around San Jose. How can Paul protect them, if he cant even set foot on the ground without being arrested.
